Pros

They have helped me develop my sales skills, even the fact I been in sales for many years it’s been refreshing to learn and re learn. Not only that but management and especially Adam has helped with working on personal goals. I was felt welcome from the very begining. The structure here is simple and there is a good work life balance.

Cons

The traffic getting in can sometimes be a ball ache

Pros

Working at SwiftSwitch, has truly been life-changing. After years in dead-end jobs, joining this company two years ago was hands down the best decision I've ever made. It's given me a new lease of life, and I couldn't be happier with where I am now. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. The work culture here is super supportive and inclusive. Everyone, from top management to my colleagues, is approachable and always willing to help out. This positive atmosphere makes coming to work something I genuinely look forward to. SwiftSwitch offers so many opportunities for professional growth. I've been able to attend various training sessions and workshops that have really helped me improve my skills and advance in my career. The company values our growth and constantly encourages us to take on new challenges and responsibilities. One of the best things about working here is the great work-life balance. The flexible working hours and option for remote work have made it easy for me to manage both my professional and personal life. This balance has significantly improved my overall well-being and job satisfaction. The work at SwiftSwitch is dynamic and engaging. Being part of a forward-thinking company in the utilities brokerage industry means that no two days are the same. I'm constantly learning and adapting, which keeps my job exciting and fulfilling. The pay is competitive and the benefits package is solid. The company recognises and rewards hard work and dedication, making sure we feel appreciated and motivated. In summary, SwiftSwitch has given me a fulfilling career, a supportive work environment, and countless opportunities for growth. If you're looking for a place where you can thrive and feel valued, I highly recommend considering a position here. Joining SwiftSwitch has been the best decision of my professional life, and I'm excited for many more years of growth and success with the company.

Cons

The only downside is that there are so many opportunities for growth and learning that it can be hard to choose which ones to pursue! Luckily I have a great manager to help guide me!

Pros

I was the first group after the government stopped doing traineeships, So SwiftSwitch had did something new which was known as a training period, I was in a group of 5- now I am the only one left from that group, The company was completely different from when i started. Initially SwiftSwitch was about training young people like myself who had no sales experience whatsoever and developing into salespeople. Even though my development has been slower compared to others, both managers (Adam and Ted) have each taken the time to help me as a salesperson and also help develop me into a better person/adult with a lot of time and patience, even with some struggles, faults and dips along the way. Now that its 6 months from when i started, this company has grown massively and im happy to say that i am part of the current project that is happening to help develop the company into being the best it can be. Thank you to everyone at SwiftSwitch including the other staff into developing me to become a better human and salesperson, and another thank you to the managers and directors into giving me chances and sometimes second chances into proving myself.

Cons

Very mentally challenging type of sales and the stairs are the worst. Commute is also expensive and long.
