* culture * people that have lots of passion about what they do * work from home/work from the office setup * ownership of the products and possibilities to drive the change * latest technologies * great education budget/time budget

* lack of possibilities to work remotely from other countries, even for one day

Pros
- High salaries - Great office locations - Very friendly and open employees - Good work/life balance - Lots of passionate co-workers - High transparency from leadership
Cons
- You should ideally speak German and if not, its fine, but you will obviously be at a slight disadvantage - No salary increase: you can move around into different roles but your salary won't increase - Whilst the salaries are high, they are slightly lower when you are in Zurich for example to other large organisations - They don't invest heavily in training and education (very small budget) - They have very convoluted internal security protocols and old fashioned applications, tools and technology for employees
