Not good salary , bad management , no possibility to develop your career

- You should ideally speak German and if not, its fine, but you will obviously be at a slight disadvantage - No salary increase: you can move around into different roles but your salary won't increase - Whilst the salaries are high, they are slightly lower when you are in Zurich for example to other large organisations - They don't invest heavily in training and education (very small budget) - They have very convoluted internal security protocols and old fashioned applications, tools and technology for employees
