1> Great remuneration. Nice perks, very satisfying bonus. 2> Working at cutting edge and intellectual Satisfaction. (Always on your toes.) 3> Nice people and cool team. (Some of the best in the industry.) 4> What you kill is what you eat culture.
Cons
1> No holidays, (You are expected to work on Saturdays and Sundays also) Very tight time schedules. 2> High stress environment, extremely high stress/tension, which is also time critical. 3> Long hours. (You can expect to work for 80 Hr/ week as a basic expectation.)
