Pros

Switchfly has the opportunity to disrupt an amazing industry (travel). The organization also allows long-term growth for entrepreneurial-minded team members. Many individuals have 5 to 7+ years of experience and the work-life balance is much healthier than I've experienced in my past.

Cons

Travel is charting a post-COVID future. This requires the organization to stay nimble—which can be scary to some people. On the other hand, it means we can write our destiny.

The team at Switchfly is invested in building the best travel platform for our customers and we have a lot of fun doing it. There are tons of opportunities to grow your career and contribute to the success of a great team for a person who is self-motivated and driven to be the best.

Cons

The travel industry overall has been difficult during COVID and Switchfly has certainly been impacted by that. We have lost some valuable people but the future of the company is looking very bright.
