      Good people, good athmosphere, long hours

      Pros

      Easy going atmosphere, everyone helps one another, with no politicing, back stabbing, blame apportioning. Lots of learning opportunities Nice after work activities.

      Cons

      Long hours are expected 50 is regular, 60-70 is common. For that amount of work, wages are at best adequate, especially when you find out that you will have to work on some federal holidays as well. Open office can make working tough. Senior management consists of family members and close friends, don't expected to be promoted to that level.

      Thanks so much for taking the time to submit your review! We're happy to hear you enjoy the people and appreciate the kind and caring atmosphere we try to create here. In terms of the long hours, besides a couple weeks here or there due to project due dates/workload (common for any tech company), I haven't heard of anyone working that many hours - most employees are consistently working a 40-hour work week. So if this is happening, it's a problem we aren't aware of.- yay for Glassdoor - that's what these reviews are for!. We certainly don't want to decrease the quality of your work/life balance, so it you feel comfortable coming to HR to talk about how we can make your workload more manageable, I would encourage you to do so. We really care and want to make this the very best place to work!

      Pros

      Has a diverse client base that are great to work with. Considers the fit of a client with employees before accepting a deal. Spends a lot of time with new employees explaining the delivery process and goals of projects.

      Cons

      Benefits could be more competitive with other companies in the area. It's a small company right now and the benefits reflect that. To stay relevant and to pull people from larger companies, the benefits package will need to be stronger.

      The company is quite small. Everyone is easy to reach out to and very co-operative.

      Cons

      Does not sponsor H1-B visas.

      Thanks for the review! We actually do have the ability to sponsor H1B visa's and are in the process of bringing someone through this process now. We also offer Vision and Dental coverage. We are working on providing more benefits and wellness education so this information is more readily available.
