Synchro provides a great place to work with innovative people and technology in dynamic, real-world scenarios. I have really enjoyed being part of global team that is dedicated to changing the construction industry in profound ways. I enjoy being able to meet with a diverse group of people working on projects all over Europe.
Cons
Travel is very intensive and time-demanding. If you are not a self-motivated person capable of organizing your own schedule and agenda, this is not the place for you.
