Also We have nothing to do with a candidate's resume . Candidates supply us their resumes , we ask them to highlight their projects and skills and we just push them to the market. Also we have 95% Citizens/GC and Ead and maybe 5%OPT students so please check the source of your information Candidates who join us do their research and go to competing organizations, talk to their friends, research us and only then do they come over to us. Everyone is aware that reviews can be inflated and in today's informed economy people are very intelligent. We have been providing great technology training for nearly 9 years now. Reason people come to us is because we assist them in improving themselves both functionally and technically. Our Alumni has been placed at Google, Apple, Intel, Ebay, Cisco Systems, Paypal , Wells Fargo Bank, Walmart labs to name a few. If any potential candidate wants to verify if that is true or not we would be more than pleased for candidates to come over and look at our Alumni and their placements along with names. We hope that cant be considered as fake. Today's market is hyper competitive and its survival of the fittest the only way a candidate can survive is when they are better than other candidate competing for jobs in the market. We are going to be honest(considered by some as rudeness) , We will show you your weaknesses both technical and functional. Many candidates dont like when we ask them to change the way they speak or carry themselves in a certain way but it is necessary to be good functionally along with technically to make a good impression. If what we taught was so easily attainable by books and self study then our trainers with collective experience of more than 70+ years would not be needed and nobody would come to us for training. We ourselves have 1000+ books in java with almost half a million pages think how much time it will take to cover those . We even have candidates stating the same that i can do these studies myself and I dont need to join you and come back to us after 6 months asking for our help. We tell them @$40-45/hour at the minimum you lost $41600 -$46800 income for yourself which you would be earning had you completed training and had got into a good project. We train candidates on core Java spring hibernate webservices, full stack ( angular/nodejs and mongodb). Cloud computing technologies like amazon webservices. NoSQL databases like mongodb/ Cassandra. Our primary focus is to ensure our candidates get jobs as that’s the primary focus they came to us. We are very straightforward and if we tell you something we would honor it. We will not make false commitments to you. Anyone can be anonymous and be a heckler it takes courage to go on stage and be in the spotlight. I am the manager and I am despicable --"which means deserving hatred and contempt" but i am content being hated as long as we as an organization can help candidates joining us achieve their goals of achieving a successful career in the technology world. We are not perfect and have so many flaws but we have a vision to provide the best java and technology training in the whole of California .
