The company provides a good environment for learning and personal development, supported by a healthy and positive workplace culture. Employees also benefit from additional perks such as free lunch at the office and have a lot of sports activities
Cons
lack of appreciation for work performance. Employees are often assigned a lot of workload, but the compensation does not reflect the amount of responsibility and effort required. The employment system is contract-based, and it can take more than two years to become a full-time employee, which creates uncertainty and limits long-term career security.
