Pros

I don't have good words to say

Cons

Bad management, very old legacy code, written in a bad manner. People can get fired in a moment for no reason, just by trying to argue with their manager or even without any reason at all. People are all intimidiate and afraid to say anything. The transition to new technologies is declared, but in reality the old opportunists are in control, transferring all existing anti-patterns to the new code. It is very dangerous for a Juniors to get such experience, which will only destroyed their future progress. People are very scared and afraid to raise their heads. You may meet some long working employees who have adapted or completely new who do not yet understand where they are. The company has a very high staff turnover.

Pros

Provided an excellent opportunity to work on both frontend and backend development. This allows me to learn and grow in various areas, making me a more well-rounded developer. The development team is collaborative and supportive. Team members are always willing to help, share knowledge, and brainstorm solutions to challenges. This made for a great learning atmosphere. As a Fullstack Developer, I have the chance to work with modern technologies. The company is open to adopting new tools and frameworks, ensuring that our skills remained up-to-date.

Cons

The company is at the stage of transition from old technologies to new ones, which creates tension in work.
