      Good culture, nice people, OK rewards

      Pros

      The culture is fantastic in Sydney, and the people are generally great to work with. There are often opportunities to grow and develop, but they will not always be easy to obtain.

      Cons

      It seemed very difficult, almost impossible, for managers to do anything meaningful about poor performers.

      Pros

      Amazing culture, Flexible, lots of benefits and progression opportunities, people treated really well. Very accommodating and lots of respect for all employees

      Cons

      A bit of hierarchy at the senior management. The senior management sometimes does not want to communicate things in a transparent manner to the staff which at times can be a bit frustrating.
