      Pros

      Competitive salary and a great health insurance package. Free parking. Location is good – right beside the m8 and there’s a bus service that runs frequently. Lunch discount provided by the company for the sandwich shop Piece. The company rewards hard work and supports personal development. Exciting company to work for if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      Fast-paced culture may not suit everyone. No flexible working.

      Pros

      People are nice, salaries are great. It can be full on. No two days are the same. There are ups and downs. It’s more common to have a go on here than to write about your normal working life. I hear laughter every day though at work.

      Pace can be a bit fast and that won’t suit everyone

      Pros

      TCB is a fast paced company, they expect results and some people don't like that. They are working in a competetive area of cancer research and provide a good working enviromnets for staff, management are not monsters. Ex-employees have neglectred to mention regular evenings out paid for by TCB, subsidised food and free starbucks-quality coffee. My salary is great - they expect me to work hard (it's not academia for sure). They have overt 120 staff, and some folk have left, generally it's those who are exposed by the dyanamic environment and can't hide or perfrom as expected. It's not toxic, it's not heaven, but it's not hell.

      Cons

      Nowhere to hide It's ultra intense at times (typically when patients are being treated)
