      Pros

      Small team which means you get involved in all aspects of the business. The team are friendly and very supportive and the work can be varied.

      Cons

      If you work with just one client for any length of time then you can find yourself in a bit of a no-mans-land where you don't work for the client but you lose touch with the TDP team and don't really feel part of either. There is some uncertainty about where the work is going to come from, so don't always feel that secure.

      Pros

      Based from home or on a client site, working on a variety of organisational people challenges with a fun and supportive team.

      Cons

      There can be a fair bit of travel involved, which means nights away from home, although this very much depends on the project and client needs.
