      Improving

      Pros

They obviously are trying to change the culture within the business. The reputation they've had through their rapid growth, can't last now they are listed and the size they are. The wage was a 20% increase for me and with more likely bonuses on a half-yearly basis. The new Ingenuity office is clean with big screens and plenty of space. Great restaurant downstairs too.

      Cons

There is incessant music in the office and no green space to sit outside in the summer. The culture is still quite dynamic and some of the roles I've seen can be quite ambiguous which won't suit most (including mine). It still has quite an emphasis on growth, which can be unnerving for some. Especially with the high turnover of colleagues in roles, above and below you. You need to be comfortable with an ever-changing working environment.

      Cons

Learning curve relatively steep as a lot of domain knowledge is required

Great Work Environment and Excellent People

      Pros

      1. All colleagues are friendly and supportive. If I met any questions there will always be people there to help me. 2. The contract has been changed so now the work hour finished at 5. On the day the modified contract was signed, the senior manager even messaged in the chat saying "It's 17:15 why people are still online" :D 3. When you're unclear about the work you're assigned, they're very kind and allow you to study at your own pace (needless to say they'll offer every help they could to help you through as soon as you asked) 4. The team is happy to assign you to important projects and you can definitely learn a lot! p.s. I had a conversation with another guy in the team, we were both worried before joining the company as there're reviews that the company environment is toxic. But it's just completely the opposite. Not sure about other divisions, but the technology division is definitely excellent and nowhere near those reviews. I quit only because I've decided to move to another country, otherwise, this is still a place where you can learn a lot of knowledge and gain so much experience!

      Cons

Could be a good side for some people - that as soon as you've set up the dev environment they'll find you something to do and start to dig in the code (Of course the team is supportive and helpful). I would personally prefer to have a few days' training session or something at the start of the work.

      Pros

The only pros: Flexibility to work from home whenever and wherever you like

      Cons

Low salary, promote with only titles with very low pay rise, and had to wait for half a year to get a 6% pay rise, it's a joke. No long-term value to work for this company, what's the point to ask people to consume more than they need? People are leaving all the time, no need to explain more.

      Pros

If you have a good idea, THG will help you bring it to life

      Cons

The hours - these have to change as they are too old fashioned. 9 hour contracted working days are a thing of the past
