      Pros

      Being given the platform to develop and progress within the role and beyond. Continued opportunity with genuine support and realistic objectives. Fantastic charity work links and on-site amenities of gymnasium and canteen are a real bonus

      Cons

      Easier to say that there are none - but it is all dependant on your approach. Sometimes demands are extensive - but where do you find that not being the case? Its not consistently so. However there is genuine consideration of me as an individual as well as within the confines of my role responsibilities.

      Pros

      At Think Money Group, I had the privilege of working in a fantastic environment, alongside an amazing team that included everyone from my peers to the Executive Director. Steven Stylianou was an excellent leader to work for, and I will always cherish the memories I made while contributing to the development of a creative team rooted in strong UX principles. This was a place where endless opportunities and steadfast support encouraged personal growth and improvement.

      Cons

      Working in Finance can get frustrating, especially for UX teams who want to test fast. Waiting for approval from legal teams is a must however.
