Small UK operation of German based company, selling racking, shelving, and machinery. Great atmosphere generated partly by open, very honest structure where people do what they say they will do with no politics that foster a fantastic energy and motivation, where you all feel in it together, and building something from the ground up. At 52 years old I can honestly say that Topregal stands head and shoulders above any other company I have worked for. They reward commitment and loyalty with a good renumeration package, a fair working day with an excellent balance between hard work and fun
