Tracker is the most unorganised company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working for. Nothing works, from operations, to marketing and sales. The technical department is dead. Customer service is non existent. They advise you to lie to clients and sell them products that won’t work. We had renew customer’s subscriptions without checking if the product was working. It feels like a massive call centre where you are forced to make cold calls all day to sell a product that no one wants to buy. Micromanagement is a common practice. Your managers will control how many calls you make a day, how long you spent off the phones, how many minutes you go break etc.
