Pros

Ability to work from home.

Cons

Everyone is miserable and doing more than a single person job and expected to still float with no help. Everyone complains a lot and I cannot connect with everyone there because all they do is talk about work inside and outside of the office.

Pros

Partner engagement Outside work events Good sales incentives

Cons

Open plan work office does not work well for noise Seems to be very clicky with employees that go into the office so I'd suggest making sure you go in at least twice a week. In my role it was impossible as I'm with clients all the time so make sure you make an effort to go to company functions and make an effort with getting to know your peers.

Pros

Pros: TRG has a solid client base and operates in a space with real opportunity for growth within existing accounts. There are talented individuals within the organization who are committed to doing good work and supporting customers. In certain roles, there is exposure to large enterprise accounts and the ability to build valuable experience in sales, operations, and service delivery.

Cons

Cons: Leadership and internal culture present significant challenges. There appears to be a lack of consistency in management practices, communication, and accountability. Expectations can be unclear or shift without proper alignment, Concerns around how employees are treated—particularly in high-stress situations—should be taken seriously. Support structures, performance management processes, and documentation do not always appear to be handled in a fair or consistent manner. There are gaps between what is sold to customers and what is operationally delivered, which can create strain both internally and externally.
