      Pros

      The only one I have is that I like my direct supervisor, other than that I have a hard time saying anything positive.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible. The employee contribution for a family medical is over $1,000. A MONTH. Plus a huge deductible. 401k match is non-existent. Employer match is discretionary and once a year and does not even begin until you have worked here 2 years and historically it is a pittance taking nag into consideration the number of employed yes at Tristar. PTO policies are terrible. NO consideration given to adjusters who travel on their own time. No raises yet employee cost for benefits keeps going up.

      I cannot find five good words to say about this company

      Too high of a workload. If you get laid off even after 10 years of faithful service, there is no severance.

      They always seem to be hiring, but there's a reason for that.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. The cost for health insurance for employee and spouse is several THOUSANDS of dollars out of the employees paycheck each pay period. Benefits are bottom of the barrel. Unless you're in desperate need of a claims job, look elsewhere. A high case load.
