The staff are aligned in understanding the mission, how to achieve it and how to continue its growth trajectory. The business is backed by TVS India, who support the strategy put in place by the UK team. Working with TVS will bring security and job satisfaction
Cons
Promotion may be slow to achieve and pay rises will likely be in line with inflation. Bonuses are based on performance and may be shared across a team and not allocated to any one individual.
