Excellent leadership Pension Smaller Company that treats you like a person, not a number Welcoming Great work and life balance

Cons

So far no cons to share. It is a smaller company, so moving up can be difficult. Also, it is a non-profit, so there is no bonus structure. It does have a pension though, so that outweighs the no bonus part.
