- Tacton CPQ and DA are the greatest products on the market, Swedish quality. - Tacton used to have great work ethics and culture, however it is the extreme opposite these days.
Cons
The decline of the company culture and ethics started before COVID-19 in mid-late 2019 - many people left the company; CEO, CFO, VP HR, VP Marketing, Product Managers and especially valuable skilled people that worked more than 8 years. The new people that joined the company have low business ethics and come without the right experience. People with low skills are given high positions, and within 6-12 months they usually leave the company, leaving frustrating teams behind. HR was able to create a great culture however until important HR personell also left the company, replaced with different personas, contractors with a different approach. It's also common that salaries get paid out late and incorrect. Tacton is not a diverse, equal company, and does not have an inclusive work environment - diversity is nothing without an inclusive workplace culture.
