Pros

You get to work with international team.

Cons

I feel like I'm not being valued at this company, they don't know how tech businesses work. The management is poor. the CEO is an absolute disaster, tells how he values the team but in reality he doesn't have a clue what he is doing. you get to work overtime, they hire low-skilled engineers instead of investing in a good engineering team. Remote work setup is really bad, no one really tries to switch to asynchronous communication, there is plently of useless pointless calls with 10 managers and 2 engineers on a call. Almost everyone from the top-management either ignorant or under qualified. I am leaving this company soon, and I think other devs are also considering doing that.

Pros

Having worked for three other CV writing companies, I find Talent Inc to be the best. I can take as much or as little work as I like and their Order Management System is easy to use. There are great many tools available to assist and facilitate writing and I have found them to be supportive whenever I have needed help or advice. The pay is about average for this type of work but pays bonuses when customers leave good reviews. I also like being able to choose the type of order I want to complete and not having to contact the customer by phone, which takes up a lot of writing time.

Cons

The only downside is the time difference between the UK and US, which can make a difference if you need a quick answer to a query.

Pros

NONE NONE NONE NONE NONE

Cons

They charge their clients $150+ for resumes and only pay their writers $20-$28. The resumes require extensive rewrites, research, back and forth with the clients, and even an experienced resume writer can't do one in less than 3 hours. New writers must send their first three resumes through Quality Assurance which sends them back for rewrites over and over and if your QA person changes from one to another midstream (which it usually does) you will get different comments from different QA people. THIS IS A SCAM. After I quit, they emptied out my "account" like I'd never been there and never even got in touch with me at all.
