Change management could be better but its a work in progress!

In my personal experience, I would be very cautious about bonus arrangements here. I felt the base salary was below market rate, and when my bonus was not paid out, I found it impossible to get a meeting with management to discuss it. The person I needed to speak to was unreachable for weeks, and I eventually left the company before that conversation ever happened. I can only speak for myself, but I found that experience deeply frustrating and concerning. I was also asked on multiple occasions to contribute to materials for contract bids in ways that I personally felt were misleading and that I was not comfortable with.
