      Pros

      TalentSmart has built a strong employee community of integrity and trust. They have a serious growth mindset and are constantly incorporating ways for employees to grow in and out of the org. I feel supported by my manager, which has enabled my professional development. Benefits, PTO, holidays are great too.

      Cons

      As with any small org, we all have widespread responsibilities. We wear many hats. If you are driven by growth and development you will do very well at TalentSmart!

      Small and Mighty Company

      Pros

      Working for a small company has been an entirely new experience. At TalentSmart, we can pivot to where the business needs us to be and design effective products that allow us to bring Emotional Intelligence to the masses. You truly feel like you are part of a team that is vested in bringing EQ to the masses. The leadership to individual contributors all enact EQ in their day to day lives which leads to amazing work life balance and a focus on the individual.

      Cons

      Part of being a small company is making the best out of the materials that are at your disposal. There are always means for improvement (I have yet to find a company where improvement isn't needed) and we traversed a huge chasm in terms of our policies and procedures. This is the first company I have ever worked for where any idea is discussed and, if warranted, acted upon. It's not just the leadership that makes decisions for TalentSmart's future, its the community.
