      Pros

      The team was friendly and supportive, and my manager always took time to listen and offer practical guidance when needed. I liked the trust, flexibility, and openness in the way we worked. The marketing department was modern and data-oriented, which made it a great place to learn. They were good at introducing new digital marketing tools.
