      Big opportunities for pay and growth Quick and challenging training and development

      Cons

      Toxic work culture pitting colleagues against each other Management do not listen to feedback and change KPI's constantly Have to get in early and stay late Forced to drink and do substances with co-workers Bad inclusivity policies - they only hired woman if they found them attractive - mostly straight white guys CEO - Timothy Trotman would bully and harass people

      - Decent pay I guess - Do get a sense of camaraderie with the other grads stuck in the same position - Did learn some skill sets which have been helpful since working for them

      Cons

      - Bullying alpha male based atmosphere - Heavy drinking culture, you have to go to the social drinks on Thursday, regardless of anything - Very poor training - No support given to staff at all
