Thanks for the review. It is a lot harder to identify how the client engagement turns out before starting the work; We end up with toxic and sticky clients. And yes we are learning from our past to have early warnings in place. With some clients, we start the engagement with one consultant and the scope of work does not grow to warrant adding more devs. But, these are usually short engagements (3 - 6 months). And yes, we are already working on this to get more significant work and are quite successful recently. Yes. Some clients are worth losing instead of losing excellent employees, and we have always planned out replacements/exits for them from those projects. Due to logistics, it might take some time for it to happen though
