      * Emerging industry; mobile fundraising for political orgs & non-profits * A real team-like atmosphere * Growing team of smart people * Ability to have great influence on the company's success * Ability to own shares in the company

      Cons

      * Remote can have its challenges for getting to know people more closely, however it's a small tradeoff to be able to work from any city you want

      * Everyone works from home - totally remote office * Teamwork is strong - have work channels to ask questions - Supportive! * Autonomy to get the job done (no micro-managing) * Transparency in company objectives, goals and financials each quarter

      Cons

      * Must learn to communicate with team & customers via email/chat/video. If you need face-to-face interaction - you will have to adapt.
