1. Deteriorating culture since founders left this year 2. Turning in to another service based organization for US parent 3. No work life balance for technical people due to attrition of colleague in projects. 4. Policies are too tight after acquisition by JPMC 5. Earlier start up culture that was soul to this organization is long gone. 6. Laterally hired higher management is turning the organization in to another service base organization by killing the voice and growth of individuals.

- Poor technology stack - Backward mindset people. Doesn't feel like a young and energetic organisation. - Good work is generally killed by hierarchy and process following. Too much dominance of old folks sitting for years in the same company so feels like a service based company. Good work is kept within them - Poor office. Comparable to a Government office with no place to sit. - Takes years to implement new technology - Favouritism and internal politics of old employees. So not good for new and progressive thinking people.
