No Pros except that they fake it well to be professional and friendly

Cons

No work life balance Its a hub of politics They treat employees as slaves They make false promises of incentives and salary hike For more than a yr no appraisals or employee reviews Bad treatment and lot of politics and pressure 6 days a week work Poor top management They fire people who don't work to their music. They blackmail people to resign Very unprofessional. Small unorganized start up Group of friends and family torture other employees Just join any where but not here

God save people working in TFS

Pros

Flexible, young crowd, lots of energy, they celebrate everything. Every employee is recognized for his/her work

Cons

They will extract the last drop of blood in your body before letting you go home. Unplanned hours at work. The higher management was so pathetic that all the team leads quit the company in about a month... People working in the night shifts never had anything to eat for 10-12 hours on a stretch because there is no facilities provided by the company.

Stay away, its a scam. they r siphoning off investors' funds in name of recruitment and growth plans. Raising questions on the above could get you accused for sexual harassment. Lots of dirty politics and favouritism. Most top college graduates are quitting within 3-4 months. If you still want a job, contact agam ahuja on linkedin. He is frontman.
