Read the terms / be aware of threshold

It’s a mature grown up Business with many psl type accounts so what should give you a strong platform

Cons

Their threshold rolls over every month so if you don’t cover your threshold with fees the balance is added to the next month - so for a number of people they never make commission even though they have good months - the thresholds are much hirer than average across the recruitment market
