Being in this company you will have good work life balance, flexible time, permanent wfh and better pay.

Cons

They have weak business especially for native mobile developer. There business is purely based on client, if they have client for your specialization then you can survive otherwise you will be laid off. Lack of clarity what client required. Good future for cross platform developer. If you are native mobile developer and you are going to join this company then think twice. Fake promises that they multiple clients for your specialization.
