The other employees make the work day bearable.
Cons
This is by far the worst place I've ever worked in my life. Upper management has no backbone, abuses employees on a daily basis, and offers virtually no benefits like professional development or career advacement. They pit employees against each other and consistently 'talk down' to their people. The worst is the management in Hamburg. Highly unstable and irrational. If you receive an offer, RUN, don't walk for the hills. Turnover is extremely high at this company. Some people left with emotional and health problems, including burnout.
