I've gotten to spend lot of time learning from the head of sales here. My knowledge of sales process and sales in general has definitely improved at Tech Alchemy. There is also a lot of room for growth once you're in the door

Cons

Its less of a con and more of an FYI but sometimes its long hours because we are working on projects in different timezones.
