      “Company” is an arm of a massive Multi Level Marketing company.

      Pros

      Everyone has a good attitude, but it is mostly because they are promised major things in the future.

      Cons

      The “company” is very misleading about what the job actually is. The job was advertised as a “management training program”, but was actually a MLM selling gig. You were expected to sell Direct TV service to customers in Big Box Wholesale Stores. I was pretty distressed to discover that the “company” was an offshoot of another MLM and was in the process of creating yet another “company”. Basically there is one massive MLM that Tech Marketing Group is a part of. They do not advertise this, this was something I discovered over the course of my short time working here.

      Perfect Company for New Career Start

      Pros

      All trainings and promotions are done from within, which worked out well for me because starting off with the company I didn't have much Marketing experience, being a recent college grad, but I was taught everything I needed to know in the office and I was able to advance at my own pace. Chtaura is a great trainer and she made everything simple.

      Cons

      it is a very fast paced business....and if you aren't willing to learn you will have a hard time thriving.
