I have been with TechPOS since last 3 years. The salary is on time. Every year its a good hike in salary. Work enviroment is good. The Owner supports you in every Issue with a Weekly management meeting. A very positive experience
Cons
High Work Load but yes if you are workholic you can manage it.

TechPOS truly values employee growth and development. There are ample opportunities for advancement within the company, and management is supportive of employees pursuing additional training and certifications to further their careers. I have personally benefited from this commitment to growth, as I have been able to take on new responsibilities and expand my skill set since joining the company.
Cons
While there may be occasional instances where assistance is needed outside of regular working hours, such as urgent technical issues, I view this as a testament to the dedication and commitment of the company to its clients. It demonstrates that TechPOS prioritizes customer satisfaction and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure their needs are met. For those who truly care about the success of the company and its clients, this is a minor inconvenience at most.
