I hope the HR situation has improved at this company since I was employed there. However, at the time, there was little recourse to report misconduct. The CEO acted inappropriately toward me on a business trip. When I reported the conduct to my manager, the situation that had occurred became a running joke on my team. At the time I was employed there, this was not a safe place for women to work. Be careful.

- Nepotism/favoritism: Majority of new hires within the past year have close ties to leadership - Uneducated individuals attempting to solve complex business problems - No sense of common courtesy - Leadership doesn't care about employees who they didn't recruit and have false expectations and goals - Weak product team with no sense of product design and customer need - High levels of manipulation at all levels - No true vision and direction - Turnover rate is extremely high
