      Excellent working culture and Good policies. There is lot of scope for learning.

      It will be good if there is any transport facility as it is an MNC company. Leave policies need to change

      The company provides free and friendly atmosphere among the employees. It encourages new people to build their career by improving their knowledge. It provides the flexibility of doing work which makes the employee to work happily.

      Good learning but old technologies

      Cons

      Person, caste, ego driven company. Unqualified managers No space for growth Les number of leaves Poor insurance policies No work life balance Leads and managers torture is increased with COVID-19 work from home. Peaks in micro management on timesheets and work monitoring, sometimes work is not assigned but 8 hours worklog is expected else you get warnings that your salary will be deducted.
