Pros

The only real pro at Teem was the relaxed, flexible work environment. Of course that has it's own drawbacks - incessant, never-ending whooping and hollering and gong-smacking from the Sales team, people who took gross advantage of the unlimited PTO policy, and team members constantly making messes, stealing food, and breaking company equipment.

Cons

Aside from the ones above, this company is just overall really disorganized. There are no real formal processes for anything, and when someone tries to implement process, no one follows it anyway. There are regular, lengthy all-hands meetings that take away a lot of productive work time. Execs never seem to see eye-to-eye and it leaves their employees floundering for direction. I dealt with more toxic, disrespectful people at Teem than I have at any other company, which is pretty ridiculous considering their internal company motto is "Don't be a jerk."

Pros

Most of the people there are good people. It was easy to enjoy my association with them mostly on a personal level though.

Cons

The open floor plan does not work at all. For a company that talks so much about effective office space this was the worst I've experienced. Also to hit quota the numbers priced that at least 40 leads a month were needed, but we'd get about 4, so some cold calling means mostly cold calling.
