      An amazing company to work

      Pros

      In my opinion, the fullest credit has to go to the new management team. The company is undergoing a massive transformation on all fronts. There is a steady flow of new projects into the system and new processes are introduced. It's really amazing.

      Freshers will get few change to learn, but no guidance. Nothing Pro.

      Cons

      Can lose your job any time. Employee has to remain HR about hike and other due. HR-employee relationship is worst. Treat employees like slaves.

      I dont find any reason to work here

      No ethics, No salary on time, very poor management . No vision. Even senior person will be thrown out with out any notice or settlement
