      Pros

      If you are willing to do your best, and come to work to WORK, you will find advancement as opportunities become available. Family owned company that treats you like family. I'm happy in my job and it's not a stressful thing to come to work.

      Cons

      Advancement is based on position availability. I wish there were availability for periodic merit raises instead of a yearly review.

      Great People. Great work environment. Other reviewers have said bad things about this company, I assume only because they were lackluster in their day to day job performance and got fired. I have advanced from part-time entry level to full-time then again to a new role, which I love, in less than 2 year. If you work hard at your job, you are rewarded!!!
