      Pros

      Many new technologies and partners to deal with. A lot of parallel projects to follow. As a young professional, you have the possibility to rapidly increase your skills.

      Cons

      The company is dealing with a strong crysis, and this is reducing employee's salaries and benefits. Work is poorly organised and planned. The average age is very high, and this is a problem when you deal with a lot of new technologies.

      There are a lot of benefits you can rely on

      Salary is very low, consultants are more important than employers, if they take as a developer, you will not ever write code, the mails are more valuable and important than working, a lot of employees thinks they are like Gods but effectively they are good for nothing. They don't care if you work, the important is that you stay at your place even if you are web-surfing
