Stability and "fair" salary (not the best in the industry).
Cons
Very old fashion management style, too complex and heavy organizational structure, excessive work loads, null work-personal life balance, very strict schedules M-F 8am-8pm or 9am-7pm), lack of home office program, facilities are old and not attractive at all, unnecessary formal dress code (from Monday to Friday), null professional opportunities to grow, null training, informal evaluations, over-stressed people everywhere.
