Leadership lack strategy and direction Even if it's unlimited holidays, it's not really true because you are constantly questioned why you are taking holidays. Limited benefits too

Great people tend to leave as the pay is low Some toxic behavior from tenured employees (many who became middle managers) - aka "OG Telnyx" people Non-competitive pay
