Pros

The best thing about working at Temple is the people. All of my coworkers and managers were great. Everyone worked hard, and was clearly passionate about serving great coffee.

Cons

While I respect that Temple is very serious about their coffee and service, sometimes it was a little bit over the top. It is just a coffee shop after all, and the company culture at Temple was a little bit too serious. Also, the management was very nit-picky and didn't seem like they cared about lower level employees.
