      Fun team Interesting work for increasing large and important clients Great pay Good travel opportunities Understanding culture Good work life balance for consulting Exciting growth prospects

      Cons

      Strategy consulting = long hours in all firms high pressure at times Exit options worse than MBB Same D&I issues that are an issue for all top tier professional services firms (although a lot of focus is going into addressing)

      I've met some really good people.

      Cons

      Be really really careful with this company. Management 'talks big', promises everything under the sun and delivers little. There is absolutely no attempt to utilize talent and the people who get paid the most are effectively 'rewarded' for sucking up to management rather than actually being exceptional. Lots of frustration. No clarity on direction. The whole thing is chaotic and there is absolutely no sharing of information. Everyone is so protective of their work, which ends up underming client delivery.
