Pros

* Interesting work * Macbook for everyone * Good-natured colleagues * Relaxing atmosphere (if you don’t mind the cons listed below) and work/life balance

Cons

* Very less salary, compared to any other product company * Very outdated work environment related policies. You cannot bring egg-based or any non-vegetarian food and have it in the office dining area. * No fixed date for salary. May come on 2nd of the month or it may come on 5th or even later. * Minimum 7 hours work (time between swipe-in and swipe-out) is mandatory in a workday * Work from home is looked as an extremely suspicious activity. At end of WFH, you have to submit a daily summary and get approval from your manager * Every month you have to work on one Saturday.

Cons

Health and sanitation issues... Smelly loos Absolutely no transparency within the team. No clarity within the management on the workflow. Use of aggressive and discriminatory language when reported goes into deaf ears

Pros

Good Products coming out from the company.

Cons

1. Unhygienic Work Atmosphere consisting rest rooms with swarm of mosquitoes, air conditioners with dust, watery hot beverages, foul smelled refrigerator. 2. You'll have too many bosses over you and each will direct you in different ways. 3. The credit for your work will be taken by some one else. 4. Micro management at its best where the so called managers thinks themselves as bosses and won't be cooperative to the employees but project and pretend to be one. 5. You don't have a scope to grow in long terms.
