Pros

Good rate of pay and benefits, most of the staff was friendly and easy to get along with. I enjoyed dealing with the customers very much.

Cons

Senior management so out of touch with what middle management are up to. One manager in particular (mine) had law suits against him/her for discrimination and harassment and nothing was ever done about it. Very little training offered...and all chief no Indian mentality. It was nothing to leave there on a daily basis feeling like you've been beaten. Managers take credit for all employee achievements . Thankful for being out of there and working at a reAl job now!!

Poor Management lack of job security Most 'promotions' are contract positions, not permanent.
