Pros
Termly is a company that really values its employees. During my time there I have seen many examples where the company put its people first, and it shows in everything they do. For a remote-first company, the camaraderie is strong, benefits are good, colleagues respect each other, people are trusted to do good work without micromanagement, and any issues are resolved quickly and transparently. I would recommend working at Termly to anyone.

If you want to work in person, this isn't for you. Termly is remote-first with employees all over the world.
